3. Review process
Reports enter the same moderation queue regardless of what they concern, so nothing falls outside the visibility of a moderator or administrator. A moderator reviews the reported content against these guidelines, the Terms of Service, and the applicable Specialized Agreement, which may include reviewing the content itself, the reporting user's stated reason, and, where relevant, the reported user's history on the Platform.
4. Possible actions
Depending on severity and history, a review can result in: a warning; a restriction on a specific feature; temporary removal of the content pending further review; permanent removal; account suspension; account termination; downgrading a verification level or trust badge; removing a listing, event, or Program; suspending advertising privileges; placing a hold on a payment where contractually and legally permissible (for example, pending a fraud investigation); or referral to law enforcement where the content indicates a crime.
5. Immediate action
We may act immediately — including removing content or restricting an account before completing a full review — where reasonably necessary to protect users, personal data, money, property, platform security, or public safety. A fuller review, including any appeal, still follows.
6. Appeals
If your content was removed, or your account restricted or suspended, you may appeal through the appeal option shown with the decision, or by submitting a "Moderation Appeal" support request. Your appeal is reviewed, where practicable, with fresh eyes, and you will be told the outcome. See the Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy for further escalation options if you remain unsatisfied.
7. Evidence preservation and cooperation
We preserve records of reports, moderation decisions, and appeals for the retention period described in the Privacy & Data Protection Policy, and cooperate with a valid law-enforcement or regulatory request as described in that policy and our internal Law Enforcement & Government Request Procedure.
